Event Info - Ronald McDonald House
The Rocky Mountain Half Marathon is honored to partner with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver as the official Charity for this years race. Celebrating their 30th year in Denver, the Ronald McDonald House provides temporary lodging for families of seriously ill or injured children.
With two Houses now in the Metro area, one in Denver and one in Aurora, families may stay at the House while their child is receiving treatment at one of the Denver-area hospitals. Runners in the Rocky Mountain Half Marathon are encouraged to support this longstanding Denver charity by bringing non-perishable food items to Packet Pick-up on Saturday, June 13th or race day on Sunday, June 14th. Ronald McDonald House boxes will be onsite to collect these non-perishable items from all runners and spectators. Runners can also make a donation at the time of registration.
