Train for this year’s Rocky Mountain Half Marathon with the same fabulous coaching staff that prepared runners for the 2007 Denver Marathon/Half Marathon and get a jump-start on your 2008 Denver Marathon training! FastForward Sports, the training provider for the Rocky Mountain Half Marathon and Denver Marathon/Half, and its cadre of hand-picked, professionally trained coaches will prepare you for a peak performance at the 2008 Rocky Mountain Half Marathon.
Designed for a full range of athletes with a variety of experience and goals, the Rocky Mountain Half Marathon training schedule is developed in conjunction with internationally acclaimed Coach Bobby McGee. Coaching is provided in person as well as online, and runners access their training schedule, journal, and club message board through FastForward’s simple-to-use ‘Members Only’ site. Additionally, workouts are automatically emailed daily. Group workouts are offered on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings in the metro Denver area and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in Boulder. During these group runs, runners of similar ability meet with their assigned coach and pace group. Between group workouts, coaching and feedback are provided via email.
FastForward Sports has helped hundreds of runners to their first or fastest race, while making friends, enjoying a fitter and healthier lifestyle, and having tons of fun along the way! So if you’re looking for great coaching, group support and accountability, all wrapped up in a welcoming, non-intimidating, and fun atmosphere; you’ve found it right here!
